At Woolroom, we want you to love your natural sleep experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return period on all our wool bedding and sleepwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward process to ensure your return or exchange is handled with care.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the products are in clean, unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
